To our SPH community,

I am happy to announce that we have concluded our search for a new Chief of Staff to the Dean. Nisha Lulla, MHS, will be joining us on Friday, October 11, 2024.

Nisha brings an impressive background in public health, academics and work with senior leadership. Most recently, as the vice president and chief of staff in the Office of the CEO at Tufts Medicine, she led the strategy and execution of high-priority objectives as well as preparing and briefing the CEO for meetings and presentations. Before her time at Tufts Medicine, Nisha held a similar position with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association in Chicago as the vice president and chief of staff in the Office of the President.

Her adept and collaborative leadership along with her deep experience in strategy and project management, made her a natural choice to join the Dean’s Office and the School of Public Health (SPH).  As we continue our second decade of growth and innovation, Nisha will add an additional set of experiences and expertise to the leadership team.

I also want to extend a special thank you to senior leadership for their input and insightful advice during this search. We feel that Nisha is poised to make a meaningful impact.
