As we honor Black History Month at our School, we encourage you all to seek out and engage in opportunities that build our capacity to challenge anti-Black racism. The Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity's upcoming Professional Development Day on February 16th (see below) is an ideal opportunity to do this work.

We ask that faculty and staff make every effort to attend, and that faculty and staff who serve in a managerial role also actively support their staff teams in attending, as well.
