Dear SPH Faculty and Staff,
Nominations for the Brown University School of Public Health Alumni Impact Award are now open!
This award is given annually to one exceptional master’s OR doctoral alumna or alumnus. Our aim is to highlight someone who is making a significant impact on their community or in their field, and to honor those who have exemplified dedication and made outstanding contributions to public health on a local, national, or global level. Read about past recipients here.
Please submit your nominations using this form. The award can be self-nominated or submitted by peers, faculty and staff. Nominations should include specific details about why the individual is deserving of the award, and may also include additional materials (e.g., papers, reprints, posters, social media information, or endorsements from other colleagues) that support the nomination.
Nominations are due by Sunday, November 30.
I look forward to honoring the 2026 Alumni Impact Award recipient at the SPH Community Celebration on Friday, May 22, 2026, and hope you’ll be there to celebrate with us.
Sincerely,

Ashish Jha, M.D., MPH
Dean, Brown University School of Public Health
